Stefanie brings the brand-builder’s perspective. With over two decades of experience shaping shopper marketing and brand strategy, she’s worked across categories and stages — from scaling billion-dollar portfolios to helping challenger brands break through. What she’s learned is simple: the right retail strategy, paired with strong storytelling and disciplined execution, transforms momentum into lasting growth.

Doug brings the strategist’s compass. His career has been built on retail sales leadership — from building high-performing sales teams to navigating the complexities of broker partnerships, distribution, and go-to-market planning. He knows that retail growth isn’t won in a single buyer meeting, but through disciplined sales execution, clear strategy, and team alignment. Earlier in his career, Doug served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer — and Navigator. His job was to help the ship safely chart its course through complex and uncertain waters. Those same traits of precision, discipline, and foresight continue to guide how he helps emerging brands scale today. At The Retail Navigator, Doug focuses on giving founders the sales strategy, structure, and confidence they need not just to land on shelf, but to stay, thrive, and grow profitably.
